Tuesday was the ‘D-day’ at one of our Partner company. It was indeed a long awaited day in the company.

Gotland Global Investment Ltd, (owners of Royal City Gardens), a real estate development company in Lagos, had a wow event.

The event which was tagged, ‘Financial Success Drive’, took place at Oxygen Event centre, Igondo, Lagos.

In line with the company’s Core Purpose, “adding value to lives”, the event was aimed at equipping the sales team (Business Managers & Proposed Business Managers) of the company with the winning mindset required to thrive in the real estate industry.

In a statement by the Director of the company, Mrs Tessy A. Peters, “from inception, in 2021, Gotland has never failed in delivering value to all her stakeholders, just as promised, and will perform beyond expectations in no time”.

The CEO of the company, Mr Sam C. Peters assured all stakeholders of the company, of more ‘greener pastures’ that will be unveiled before the end of 2022. 

 

The Guest speaker, the Executive Director of Sentinel Global Investment Limited, in person of Mr Emmanuel Ekwu, during his lecture gave a pathway to unleash the treasures in the real estate industry in Nigeria.

In his statement, “wealth creation, multiplication and retention is made easy by real estate”. He stated 3 things realtors need to stay the course, which are: God, You and Constant products (properties).

 

Attendees were also taught how to use leverage Digital Marketing to change their financial fortune in the real estate industry, by a Digital Marketing Professional.
