INVESTMENT:
You can invest in any plantation of your choice.
Let's say you're investing in Cash crops.
With N2.7m you'll own an arce of land
in the Cash crop cluster.
This N2.7m is all inclusive- documentation.
This makes you a legal owner of one acre (6 plots)
farm land in the Cash crop cluster of the Àrokò Farms
& Resort.
It means you're now a Farm owner.
We take care of the expenses, from start to finish.
You can decide to visit your farm once in a while to
check on the progress.
There'll be update on Farm activities from the get-go.
HARVEST:
There are off-takers that are ready to take the produce, even
before harvest. Your farm produce will be sold at the
prevailing market price.
PROFIT:
After the sale of your produce, the management of Àrokò
Farms & Resort will deduct the cost (all expenses) of farming,
which will amount to the net profit.

a service charge of 5% of your net profit to Àrokò Farm Mgt.
